The Center offers specialized resources for all students including Asian Pacific Islander Desi and Southwest Asian North African students, Black students, LGBTQ+ students, Latinx students and Native American students. Additionally, the Center provides after-hours access, free printing, and complimentary Food Pantry items like coffee and snacks – available to all students regardless of affinity – for studying, meetings or simply socializing.

Some of the Center's most notable initiatives include Heritage Month Kickoffs and Cultural End of Year Celebrations that honor graduating students. Additional initiatives include the Brotherhood Exchange, a mentorship program for men of color; Pacific Women's Collective, a space for all Pacific women including staff, faculty, alumni and students to join in sisterhood; workshops featuring on- and off-campus partners; and keynote speakers from various fields who empower and educate students, providing them with valuable insights and skills for the future.
