The Community Involvement Program (CIP) is a comprehensive need-based scholarship and retention program for first-generation college students from the Stockton community who have demonstrated the potential for sustainable leadership, community awareness, and involvement. The program serves the educational needs of low-income students by providing access to college along with a wide range of support to the CIP Scholars as they pursue higher education.
By supporting CIP, you'll be providing access to education and opportunity to local students. We invite you to invest in one of the following areas:
Leticia and Jorge Robles Endowed Community Involvement Program Scholarship
- The Fund will provide student support in the form of an endowed scholarship benefiting Latino students in the Community Involvement Program who are enrolled in the Eberhardt School of Business.
-
This scholarship is dedicated to community service and leadership. The CIP program provided Leticia Robles an opportunity to experience the power of a Pacific education. CIP guided her towards her path as a successful entrepreneur and respected community leader. Through the creation of this endowed scholarship, Leticia ‘89 and Jorge Robles, co-owners of Pacific Homecare Services, will create opportunities for students in the program to become successful role models and leaders.
-
The Robles have agreed to maximize the impact of their endowment by matching all Pacific Gives gifts to the scholarship dollar-for-dollar up to $50,000.
Community Involvement Program Scholarship Fund:
- Gifts to the CIP Scholarship Fund are utilized to provide CIP participants with gap funding for tuition, books, living expenses, and other costs that may not be fully covered by their CIP Scholarships.
- All gifts to this fund will be matched dollar-for-dollar thanks to the Powell Match Program, effectively doubling your impact.
