Every gift fights hunger in the Pacific community.
The Pacific Food Pantry is a vital resource for students facing food insecurity, defined as "lacking access to a sufficient quantity of affordable, nutritious food." Food insecurity manifests as skipped meals, smaller meals or altered spending habits on food purchases over time.
As you can imagine, when students struggle with food insecurity, their studies become a struggle too.
The Pacific Food Pantry is 100% donor funded. Your gifts provide fresh produce, non-perishable food, toiletries and other items at no cost to eligible Stockton students with a Pacific ID. Virtual grocery store gift cards are provided to students in Sacramento and San Francisco.
"Thank you for your generous contribution for students like me, who stress daily about whether I will be able to afford food. It is so appreciated, and words cannot describe how grateful I am." — Pacific student
Over the last five years, demand for the food pantry has grown by nearly 200%. Last fall the Ted & Chris Robb Garden supplied 500 lbs of produce. Your gift today will help ensure that even more pacific students are well-fed, well stocked and poised for success.
