Men's Tennis
The Future of Pacific Tennis is Now

The Men's Tennis Team had a strong 2017 campaign, highlighted by some stellar performances.

Four Tigers from the Pacific men's tennis team received West Coast Conference honors Wednesday afternoon.  Miguel Diaz earned All-WCC First Team Singles and Doubles Honorable Mention accolades while Alex Giannini, Tadiwa Chinamo, and Akram El Sallaly also take home WCC honorable mention awards.

The Tigers will look to build on the success of last year's campaign while enjoying the newly opened Roy and Jean Sanders Tennis Clubhouse. The facility is a 4,262-square-foot addition to the Eve Zimmerman Tennis Center includes a plethora of state-of-the-art amenities including men's and women's team rooms showcasing 12 locker spaces, an athletic training room, and an office space.

"I am so excited for our student-athletes to have this amazing new home for Pacific Tennis. It is breathtaking. The architecture, energy, and style are all first-class and add to the beauty of the University of the Pacific," said Head Men's Tennis Coach and Director of Tennis, Ryan Redondo. This facility has already changed this program in many different ways as we have recruits who not only have high-level talent but are also coming with high-level experience.  We want to bring in recruits who can see our vision of being professional and train and compete in the most professional environment."
